Client Testimonials

Partaking in the local cuisine whilst on a tour is a huge part of the travelling experience.

Most of our tours include breakfast and dinner because we don't want to second-guess your taste and end up serving you predictable western food suitable for the whole group or something really exotic that you just can't eat.

We appreciate that everyone is different, and when it comes to food there are varying degrees of adventure! This way you are free to explore the most delicious aspects of your destination's culture according to your own taste!

Your tour manager will be able to recommend a variety of restaurants and dishes in each area, but the final decision, and the ultimate enjoyment, is yours.

While it may be fine to drink the water in some of the countries we visit, it is a good practice to avoid drinking the tap water. If you are ever in doubt, give the tap water a miss.

There is never a shortage of bottled water. But we do recommend that you pack a water bottle and water purification tablets, as plastic bottle recycling is virtually nonexistent in much of the world. Moreover, plastic bottles sometimes end up in otherwise pristine environments, spoiling the natural beauty of the places we visit.

There are a host of different beverages for you to try, carbonated beverages, such as Mineral water, soft drinks etc. are sold in returnable bottles and are readily available.

For more information or to reserve your place please contact Christian Journeys at 1 877 465 3442 or
